Submitted forms are date/time stamped to prove receipt time and will be processed within Large Outdoors office hours.
If you are cancelling your booking within 48 hours of its start time, it would be extremely helpful if you could inform your host/guide via text message too - we’ll have sent you an email with their name and number.
